Dear Members and Supporters,

School Infrastructure NSW proposes using the former Soldiers' Institute building and adjacent grounds in the Sydney Harbour National Park at Middle Head for an Environment Education Centre and constructing a large new building. Many in the community are not aware of this proposal and its implications for the heritage and environmental values of Middle Head.

Preservation Group and Mosman Parks & Bushland Association oppose the construction of new buildings on Middle Head in the Sydney Harbour National Park. The proposal sets a very bad precedent both for more buildings and further destruction of bushland You can read more in our news stories here >
