The Mosman Parks & Bushland Association have shared some sample letters to help you make a submission.
Mosman Parks and Bushland says that Canberra needs to hear, loud and clear, that the Harbour Trust lands are nationally important and that we want them preserved for the people of Australia.
Mix and match from the sample letters as you please, using your own words is preferable, but if you don't have time just send in one of the letters.

The cover sheet is required – it must be filled in and included in the same email as your letter or with a posted letter that you send.
Submissions are due by 5pm 23rd December 2019.
